Booking is easy! Simply fill out our online booking form, call us, or email us with your event details. A deposit is required to secure your date.

 

4. What do your character packages include?

Our packages typically include meet-and-greets, storytime, singing performances, games, photo opportunities, and more! Custom packages are available upon request.

 

5. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred character and time slot, especially for weekends and holidays.

 

6. Do you offer custom or themed party packages?

Yes! We can tailor our entertainment to match your party theme. Let us know your vision, and we’ll create a magical experience for your child’s special day.

 

7. What should I expect on the day of the event?

Your character will arrive on time, fully in costume, and ready to entertain! We ensure a seamless experience with professional, high-energy performances.

 

8. What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable, but we’ll be happy to reschedule your event if needed. Contact us as soon as possible for any changes.

9. Do you perform at outdoor events?

Yes! However, to protect our performers and costumes, we require shade or an indoor backup plan in case of extreme weather.
